Unopened products purchased from oricalskincare.com can be returned to us for refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt.

Please contact us at info@oricalskincare.com with details of your order to arrange a return – we will advise the appropriate UK return address when we receive your request.

Return/refund requests must be made within 14 days of receipt of your original order.

If you make an error when ordering online we will gladly exchange your product for the one you intended to purchase. The original product must be returned to us unopened and in its original condition. You are responsible for all postage charges.

If you are unsatisfied with the product you have received you have the option of exchanging or refunding it.

You are responsible for the costs of returning an order. If you return part of an order for a refund and this refund brings your order total under the threshold for free delivery or any other promotion then the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.

If a product is damaged while it is being shipped to you or there is a mistake with your order we will provide you with a full refund or replacement. Return postage will be refunded in the case of damaged, defective or incorrect products.

When returning a product to us please keep your postal receipt until your refund or exchange has been processed as we may need to see this if we fail to receive your return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

We endeavour to process returns within 2 weeks of receipt. All refunds will be issued to the method used for payment.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at info@oricalskincare.com, return your item to: Orical Skincare, c/o Acedag Limited, Power Station Road, Rugeley, Staffordshire, WS15 2HS.

GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

SHIPPING RETURNS
To return your product, you should mail your product to: OricalSkincare, c/o Acedag Limited, Power Station Road, Rugeley, Staffordshire, WS15 2HS

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
